Dr. Jennifer Swartout is Associate Vice President for General Education at NorthWest Arkansas Community College (NWACC) in Bentonville. She previously served as Dean of Communication and Arts at NWACC where she supported the college’s Integrated Design Lab and related design programs. Jennifer is a community college administrator, program developer, strategic planner, community partner, teacher, learner, and cyclist.
