Heather Campbell is the Professional Director of the Canisius Center for Analytics and Data Ecosystems (CCADE) at Canisius University, where she leads strategic partnerships, industry engagement, and grant initiatives that connect students and faculty with the Western New York data and cybersecurity community. In this role, she builds relationships with employers, develops experiential learning opportunities, and promotes the university’s data-related programs through events, social media, and community collaborations. Her work strengthens the bridge between academia and industry by fostering projects, internships, and professional development pathways that prepare students for success in the growing analytics and technology fields.

Before joining Canisius, Campbell served as Education Coordinator at The Jacobs Institute, where she expanded the high school internship program and developed innovative STEM outreach initiatives. Campbell earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from Concordia College in Minnesota and a master’s degree in cancer immunology from the Roswell Park Graduate Division of the University at Buffalo.
