Brian Epp leads experiential learning strategy at National University, advancing scalable, skills-based education models that connect students to industry-relevant opportunities. As Principal Investigator for NU’s NSF EPIIC grant, Creating Research Enterprises Adapted for the Teaching Environment, he drives initiatives that integrate work-based learning, faculty engagement, and access to use-inspired research. With more than 15 years of experience in higher education innovation, including leadership roles at Pearson Education, Epp specializes in aligning academic design with workforce needs to improve career readiness for working adult learners.
