<p>Georgia College & State University is using its EPIIC grant to increase faculty engagement in industry-aligned interdisciplinary research and establish stronger ties with rural industries. Led by PI Dr. Hasitha Mahabaduge, the FUTURE project supports student learning through hands-on innovation projects and aims to launch an Institute for Entrepreneurship and Academic Innovation. The initiative will facilitate knowledge transfer to regional partners while contributing to economic development and enhancing the university’s strategic goals.</p>
